Alfred Henry Cohen (May 1858 – July 13, 1925) was the son of Alfred A. Cohen and Emilie Gibbons Cohen.
He was a lawyer whose family made a lot of money from the railroad and the ferry industries. He married Emma Bray (Cohen). His family's home, the Alfred H. Cohen House, also known as the Cohen-Bray House, still stands in Fruitvale.
