Arnold Joe White (September 30, 1938 – November 20, 2014) was an African American Oakland multimedia artist, painter and muralist.White was raised in West Oakland, and attended Prescott Elementary School, then went on to McClymonds High School, graduating in 1956. He was an artist in residence at Golden Gate Library and designed the banners hanging on San Pablo in the Golden Gate neighborhood. Dan Kalb adjourned in his honor at the City Council meeting on December 9th, 2014.

Filmmaker Spike Lee has used Arnold White's art in his movies.
