The Beulah Heights Improvement Club was a neighborhood improvement group for the Beulah Heights neighborhood, founded in 1908, and active until at least 1928, 2 albeit with some gaps.

The first officers were J. W. Patterson, president; J. F. Kiernan, Jr., vice-president; B. G. Cornell, secretary-treasurer; J. F. Kiernan, Sr., press representative. 1

In 1914, the club was formed again. The officers were Frank C. Howett, president; C. Oatridge, vice-president; C. T. Gutelben, secretary-treasurer. 4

A 1923 article refers to it as the Beulah-Summit Improvement Club. 3
