COVID-19 (aka Coronavirus) has spread around the world. As of March 20, 2020, there has been a reported positive in Oakland, and several in Berkeley.

Call your doctor: If you think you have been exposed to COVID-19 and develop a fever and symptoms, such as cough or difficulty breathing, call your healthcare provider for medical advice.

The Coronavirus has turned life upside down for many, but as is often the case, the poor and unhoused are some of the most vulnerable. People voluntarily isolating themselves has left many organizations that help them short-handed. But regardless of where you live, remember your elderly neighbors—they are the most as risk, and not all of them may have someone nearby to help.
