The Carrington Steps are an important pedestrian pathway between 35th Avenue and Harrington Avenue near Peralta Creek and 38th Avenue on the ridge to the east. Over the years they had become increasingly filled with trash and graffiti, but more recently the neighbors decided to clean them up. Now they are home to a beautiful mural by Dan Fontes featuring jellyfish, and a mosaic created in part by the neighbors.
