The Cecilia Apartments are a 19 unit apartment building at 444 Lee Street. They were completed in 1927, built by Leo Schwortzreich, who also built the nearby Park Lane Apartments.
When constructed, they featured Spark stoves and Marshall and Stearns wall beds.
