Charles Frederick Ott (August 29, 1859 - July 5, 1921) was the superintendent of streets in Oakland from 1900 to 1907, then served as superintendent of city construction from 1907 to 1911.
Ott married Alice Maude Alexander (Ott) on August 28, 1907, and they had two sons, Charles Frederick Ott and Dudley Edward Ott.
Ott was a Mason, and was master of Oakland Lodge 188.
The Otts are buried in Mountain View Cemetery, Plot 1, Lot 73, Grave 7.
