There's a Chase Bank branch located at the corner of 14th and Broadway downtown in the Smith Building, kitty-corner from Frank Ogawa Plaza. This space has been the site of numerous retailers over the years, including the Walgreens that moved across the street to where the Gap used to be. It was empty for a while and then Chase moved in after Occupy. LOL - what were they thinking??? They've tried a number of things to keep their windows intact including boarding them up and having security guards. Good luck dudes!
