Community Health Fair and Forum: Providing Care and Information on the Affordable Care Act

All are invited to attend the Community Health Fair and Forum: Providing Care and Information on the Affordable Care Act. Over 60 health organizations will provide free health screenings and resources, including medical, hearing, and vision screenings and information on nutrition, mental health, and senior services. Additionally, participants can learn more about Covered California, Medi-Cal expansion, and the Affordable Care Act, which will require most Americans to have health insurance on January 1, 2014.
