The Deutcher Club was a German American club in Oakland sometime in the late 1800's and/or early 1900's. Herman Bahls, from Westphalia, German, lived in West Oakland, was the club's first president. Bahls was the proprietor of Althof & Bahls, a bookbinding and printing business in San Francisco.
