Eleanora Vernon de Fremery Minetti was a teacher and later school principal in Oakland, California.  One of nine children of Willem Cornelius Bastian de Fremery and Ellen Ober Campbell de Fremery.  She grew up in the family mansion in Oakland, and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley.

Eleanora organized the National Women Defender's of America in Oakland and was President of the East Bay League of Women Voters.

On June 9, 1912 Eleanora married violinist Giulio Minetti (November 22, 1866 - March 31, 1958) in Oakland; they had no children.

Eleanora de Fremery Minetti is buried with her husband in the de Fremery family plot in Mountain View Cemetery.
