EN EL LIBRO TU LIBERTAD Mural is located on the International Blvd facing outside wall of the building at the corner of 7th Avenue in Clinton Square Park in the East Peralta neighborhood.
The mural was painted by Malaquias Montoya, a member of the Mexican American Liberation Art Front, an important Chicano artists collective, in 1981 and restored in 2004. Here are pictures of the mural being painted.
