Fairmount Apartments are an 18 unit apartment building at 410 Fairmount Avenue. They opened in 1930, and were designed by the owner, Ernest Flores.
When constructed, they included Spark stoves, hardware from Maxwell Hardware, and Marshall and Stearns wall beds.
