Desley Brooks is partnering with Waste Management to offer free bulky dumping in between April 12th and April 16th.
She's calling it an "amnesty dumping program." The containers will be available for free, "no questions asked large scale dumping."
The program was expanded thanks to Ken Houston and the East Oakland Beautification Council, Larry Reid, Libby Schaaf, Pat Kernighan, and Dan Kalb and there are 4 additional locations where boxes will be available for dumping in East Oakland during the project.
