Assemblymember Rob Bonta and E.C. Reems Community Services invite you to a Mobile Eye Clinic sponsored by the VSP Mobile Eyes Program. The Mobile Eye Clinic will take place on Wednesday, July 24, 2013, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Center of Hope Church Parking Lot, 8400 MacArthur Boulevard, in Oakland.
Through our unique partnership, individuals who have limited access to vision care can receive a FREE and comprehensive eye exam and glasses, if needed.
Participants must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident, low-income, and not enrolled in Medical (if under 21) or any other vision insurance.
