Join local editors, new and not-so-new, every Thursday night at 7pm in the Sudo Room (2141 Broadway, downtown Oakland)! Just take the elevator at the end of the hall. We'll chat it up and edit articles on things we love about our city, all in a cool new community hacker/maker/creative space. Don't have a computer? That's fine--those who do can share! Check out our article here.

Check out Digital Divide, a page where anyone can discuss issues of uneven access to hardware, Internet, digital literacy, skills and networks, and connect with local organizations that are working to address these issues. Mural Lane is a corridor of murals on 15th Street between Franklin and Webster Streets. It has been developed and maintained by the Love Oakland Group (site), which describes itself as 'a collective of Activists, Artists, Gardeners and other Free Spirits that want to make Oakland the most beautiful city in the world.'
