Fruitvale Medical Building 1

The Fruitvale Medical Building at 3022 International Boulevard (formerly E. 14th Street), in the Fruitvale District of Oakland was built in 1927 by the Dobbins family. It was designed by Arthur Young & Co. architects. 3

In December 1955, the Dobbins family sold the building to a group of tenants for approximately $200,000. 2
