Gail Berkley-Armstrong (January 5, 1947 – December 2021) was a newspaper editor, and the daughter of Thomas L. Berkley. She worked as assistant editor at the Oakland Post with her father for 32 years, then as editor of the Sun Reporter in San Francisco for 16 years.
She was responsible for Oakland's sister city relation with Sekondi-Takoradi, Ghana, 1 and was co-founder of the sister city relationship with Ocho Rios, Jamaica. 2
Berkley-Armstrong was on the board of the Lakeside Temple of Practical Christianity, where she was a member. 4
