Home Buyer Workshop –
On Saturday, January 18, a workshop to educate the community on low cost methods to home ownership and the process of home buying will be held at the Friendship Christian Center at 1904 Adeline Street. The event, which begins at 11:00 a.m., will also highlight a brand new mortgage product from Wells Fargo that allows for 2% down payment for home buyers and the CityLIFT Down Payment Assistance program which gives $20,000 in down payment assistance to East Bay home buyers.
