Jeff Norman is a historian, author, artist and resident of Temescal.

Jeff is the author of the book Temescal Legacies: Narratives of Change from a North Oakland Neighborhood as well as co-author of Temescal Album: History of a Neighborhood. In addition, he has created a number of art projects in the community:
