Joe & Rose Shoong House

The Joe & Rose Shoong House was designed by architect Julia Morgan and built in 1922 for $13,000. Joe Shoong, his wife Rose and their three children moved there from San Francisco around 1924.

On December 5, 1995 the Shoong House was designated Oakland Landmark #122, under Zoning Case #LM 95-78.
