Kelsey's Escape was a mural on the 4th Avenue side of Pho Hiep Hung (401 International Blvd). The mural is by Berj and was painted in 2013. It is 85' x 16' feet long. Photos here. As of July 17, 2014, it had been mostly bombed over.
