The Kensington Apartments at 2624 Foothill Boulevard were built by Thomas Fisher and completed in 1928. They run through the entire block, and also have an address at 2623 E20th St.
When constructed, the apartments featured Rip Van Winkle wall beds, and electricity was included in the rent. 1
