Kincaid's was a "fish, chop & steakhouse" located in the historic Grotto Restaurant building in Jack London Square.
It closed in 2019, after 33 years in business. Kincaid's is a small national chain, and other locations are still open. The parent company filed for bankruptcy in July 2019, and was purchased by Landry's, which owns Bubba Gump, Morton Steakhouse, and McCormick and Schmicks restaurant brands. 1
