Mazda Apartments are a small apartment building at 2201 - 11th Avenue. They opened in 1928, and were built and owned by Chester S. Nichols. Elizabeth Geiger was the manager.
When constructed, they included Marshall and Stearns wall beds, and Frigidaire refrigerators.
