This bike shop is in the Piedmont Avenue neighborhood of North Oakland close to Timeless Coffee and Bakery.
It appears that they host Broakland Bikes, handmade [pricey] bicycles. Please add content if you know more.
This is where I bought my bike. Awesome service or you can just hang out with guys. Passionate about cycling they often have races on their TV.
Remodeled about a year ago they are half the size they used to be.
