The Native American Health Center provides comprehensive health services to all Oaklanders, especially American Indian and Native Alaskan communities. They are based in Fruitvale and were founded in 1972. They provide medical, dental, HIV/AIDS, behavioral health, and substance abuse services. They also have a WIC program.

Additionally, they can offer help if you don't have insurance. Their site says: "If you are uninsured or have trouble paying for service, we will help you determine how your health care needs can be met."

They are headquartered at 3124 International Blvd in the Fruitvale Professional Building, but have clinics in other locations as well.
