Noodle Theory was an Asian Fusion restaurant in the Rockridge neighborhood of North Oakland, California, at the flatiron corner of College Avenue, Claremont Avenue, and 62rd Street. Some people liked the food, others were unimpressed. The restaurant closed near the end of 2022, with their last day of business being November 20, 2022. 1
