Oakland is Proud Block Party
There is a block party happening on 23rd Avenue between East 12th and International on October 25th, 12-5. Free. Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Black and Chicano Arts movements. It is being hosted by the East Side Arts Alliance.
The event included the unveiling of the screenprinting mural.
