Paul Mills (September 24, 1924 – September 17, 2004) was the executive director of the Oakland Art Gallery (one of the 3 museums merged to form the Oakland Museum of California in 1969). He was married to Jan Mills.
Paul and Jan's son Mike Mills is the director of the 2010 movie Beginners, a film about Paul Mills’ coming out in late in life. Christopher Plummer and Ewan McGregor starred in the movie.
He also help develop Bret Harte Boardwalk along with Jan.
