Primorosa Apartments are an 18 unit apartment at 829 E19th St. They opened in 1910, built for Colonel J.C. McMullen, designed by Sidney B. Newsom.
When constructed, they included Marshall and Stearns wall beds.
The building still stands, but the facade has been changed.
