The Richclair Apartments are 2600 International (originally East 14th). The 24 unit building opened in 1927. It was owned and operated by Miss C.S. Hewel, who purchased the building builder R.J. Blanco.
When constructed, the apartments included Spark stoves and Rip Van Winkle wall beds. 1
