San Leandro Bay is a shallow inlet of San Francisco Bay, formerly surrounded by rich salt marsh, between East Oakland and Alameda. Its entrance is spanned by the bridge at the northern end of Doolittle Drive, and its shores include the historic Damon's Landing and Fitchburg Landings. It receives the waters of Sausal Creek, Lion Creek (formerly East Creek), Seminary Creek, Arroyo Viejo, and San Leandro Creek.
