St. Paul's Towers is a senior-living apartment building at 100 Bay Place. Construction on the 22-story building began in 1964. 1
When first built, it was under the auspices of the Episcopal Diocese of California, and Darby Betts, the rector at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, was president of the board. Now it is run by Front Porch Communities and Services.
