In May 2010, a Sergeant with the Oakland Police department ordered the killing of a young deer who wandered into East Oakland even though animal control was en-route with tranquilizer darts.
An officer under his command then fired 7 times at the animal killing it. The shooting led to community outrage.
Please help identify this Sergeant.
