On April 3, 2013 an unknown officer who has been with the force 15-20 years, arrived at the scene where another officer detained 3 suspects of an armed robbery.
These teenagers were not guilty of the crime, were not armed, and had complied with the other officers demand to freeze and put their hands up.
None the less, this veteran officer perceived some unknown threat, and shot one of the teenagers in the face.
Please help identify this officer.
According to the Contra Costa Times, this officer's name is Bryan Clifford.1
