William Kier ("W. K.") Owen (July 8, 1877 – December 6, 1960) was an architect and builder, probably best known for designing and constructing the large "Chinese-style" restaurant building at 700 Franklin Street in Chinatown in 1924.
c.1924, his office was at 852 - 36th Street, and he and his wife Elizabeth Jane Vidal (Owen) lived at 3135 Pleitner Avenue. It was the second marriage for both of them. They had no children by their marriage, but Elizabeth's mother and brother lived with them at different times.
