Walter Harris Ratcliff, Jr. (c.1881 - May 4, 1973) was an architect. Although many of the buildings he designed are in Berkeley, he served as campus architect for Mills College for many years, and designed the Littlefield Concert Hall there. His architecture firm he founded in 1912 is still in business today. The Ratcliff firm designed the College Preparatory School near Lake Temescal.

Ratcliff married Muriel Williams (Ratcliff) in 1912. Their son Robert Ratcliff was also an architect and became an owner of the firm after WWII.
