The Washington Hotel was a hotel at Broadway and 2nd Street, c.1869. Howell and Russell were the proprietors. It didn't appear in the 1874 directory. By 1881, there was a different Washington Hotel, at 653 Washington St.
The 1869 directory lists the following as residents. You might think it was a very large hotel, but more likely, this is everyone who lived there for any length of time in the year prior.
