The West Park Annex Apartments are at 1809 Filbert St. They were built in 1927 by the California Builders Company for A.L. Wilde and B.M. Gardner.
When constructed, the apartments included Spark stoves and Rip Van Winkle wall beds. 1
They are next door to the West Park Apartments, which were built a year earlier.
