Antonio Maria Peralta House, Oakland, California 1

The Antonio Maria Peralta House is a Italianate frame house built in 1870, which replaced Antonio Peralta's first permanent adobe home. One of only two remaining Peralta buildings, the historical home is open for tours to the public, and is part of the Peralta Hacienda Historical Park.

On August 5, 1975, the Antonio Maria Peralta House was designated Oakland Landmark #10, under Zoning Case #LM 75-221. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places #77000285, the home is also California Historical Landmark #925.

The remains of the adobe of the Peralta Hacienda, largely destroyed by an earthquake in 1868. The wooden home of Antonio Maria Peralta and family appears adjacent to the ruins.” (1899)
