The East Bay Rats Motorcycle Club has its club house at 3025 San Pablo Avenue, next to the God Bless the Rats mural. They've been around since 1994, and were founded by Trevor Latham who is the current club president.
'Rat Bikes' are cheap, dirty, flat black machines, often cobbled together over many years, the opposite of shiny Harley-Davidsons or colorful sport bikes. 1
