The Grand Theft Auto Wall is on the side of Car Care Automotive at 320 23rd Street. Artists include amend, bjae, goser, lewse, MSNGR (the ladies painted on the black wall) optimist, suer, vogue TDK, UPS, EMT.
The mural says "Welcome to Oakland" and has a picture of a helicopter. There is a guy with a pot belly lifting up his tee shirt and his belly is tattooed "Oakland." Another dude in the on the far side of the mural sports sunglasses and a gold chain.
