The Love Letter to Oakland Mural at 4th and Oak St. was painted by David Burke and some collaborators for the 2018 Oakland Mural Festival. Two Oakland artists, Tureeda Mikell and James Gayles, reach out from the left across the downtown Oakland skyline toward muralist DJ Agana and youth activist Samuel Getachew. 1
