Park Lane Apartments is a striking brick-faced apartment building at 415 Perkins St. The building was completed in 1928, and designed and built by Leo Schwortzreich, president of the Pacific Coast Building Company.
When constructed, the building featured Marshall and Stearns wall beds and included a ballroom for tenant use. 1 Schwortzreich also built the nearby Cecilia Apartments.
