usagain is a company that makes for profit donation bins and has become the center of an issue at City Council regarding illegal dumping. Some say that these bins attract dumping. They are placed all over and not always with the property owners' permission.

On May 12, 2014, the Oakland Chamber of Commerce tweeted that usagain had joined. Their address, according to the Chamber, is in Hayward.
