Skep & Skein - They have knitting nights and and incredible drink list! You can also order a sandwhich from the next-door Wally's Sandwhich Bar.
Downtown:
The Brotherhood Lounge - DJ's on Sunday and Thursdays (funk, punk, garage, and soul music mostly). Not only do they have the only shuffleboard in Olympia -- the shuffleboard is free.
Hannah's Bar and Grille - Trivia Tuesday nights at 9PM for $2. Karaoke most nights.
Jake's on 4th - The only official queer/queer friendly bar in Olympia. $3 cover for dancing on Friday and Saturday night. A really big state for karaoke on Wednesdays.
The Royal - Open mic comedy on Tuesday nights starting at 9. Jazz band (billed as "jazz for people who don't like jazz" on some fliers) on Mondays.
Le Voyeur Lounge - Vegan, vegetarian, and meat options. Great beer list and cocktails. 21+ area is in the back (but you can get drinks and food anywhere in the establishment).
Cryptatropa - Also known as "the Vampire Bar." Apparently, you can get a whiskey shot with an Oly back, and they won't charge for the Oly.
Eastside Club Tavern - Biggest selection of beers on tap (36). A few wines. No hard alcohol. If you like beer, you need to go here.
Quality Burrito Lounge - Real tiny bar along side the Quality Burrito restaurant. Great selection of tequila and mixed drinks menu. They have drinks with kombucha in it. That's cool.
The China Clipper - Karaoke every night.
Pig Bar - Bar right next to Southbay's Dickerson BBQ.
Dockside Bistro & Wine Bar

McMenamins Spar Cafe - Often has live Irish music by local bands, but not much room to dance. Fantastic burgers.
Darby's Cafe - Mostly a diner, but serves hard alcohol. Lots of variations of Blood Marys on the menu. Also serve Brass Monkeys (with a tall boy of Olde English instead of a 40 oz) with fresh squeezed orange juice.
Old School Pizzeria - Pizza and beer and awesome posters. Even some arcade games in the back!
