California Tacos is often referred to as just "The Taco Truck" or "Burrito Bus" despite the fact there are a couple of other food trucks that it could refer to.
There are two California Tacos locations in Olympia. One is downtown on the corner of 4th Avenue and Plum. The other is on the westside on Harrison Ave. a little before you hit Capitol Mall.
Cheese costs extra, but it's worth it.
