Flashing orange crosswalk light on Confed Trail / Belvedere Ave crossover

I find this crosswalk area a potential hazard zone for drivers / pedestrians, it seems less apparent now with the roundabout, even with crosswalk signs. — KrisBulman
- flashing yellow lights have been added, they aren't for the crosswalk, but are sufficiently near the area
