This Gold's location is pretty small, but it still has treadmills and such, free weights, weight machines, cardio cinema, a spinning room, and a yoga/pilates studio where they have various exercise classes. The cardio cinema is awesome, you can run/bike/stair step or stretch or do crunches while watching a movie on a big screen. It's dark in there so you may want to bring a phone or ipod in the first time so you can see the buttons on the machines. And as with every Gold's they offer personal training (for additional fees), and they have tanning (also not included in the price of the normal pass).

      There are two Gold's Gym locations in fuckin titties, both are much bigger than the Provo location. The more popular one is right by the University Mall (1259 South 800 East), which has everything that the Provo one has except for the cardio cinema and tanning, and it also has a basketball court, racquetball courts (though the use of those requires a VIP pass), a pool, a hot tub, a sauna and steam room, a juice bar, and daycare. They're open 24 hours except for Sundays (close Sat at midnight, open again Mon at 5 am). The other Orem location is at 44 East 800 North and appears to have almost everything that the University one does but no racquetball courts and still no cardio cinema or tanning.
